The extent of this service, language and boundaries My language skills are limited to English. I do have some basic knowledge of Te Reo Maori and I can consult people who know more. While I do not speak other languages I have had close contact with people when visiting Samoa, Fiji, Southern Spain, Portugal and Japan giving me insights into lives lived differently from my own. Travels in other places in the world have given me an appreciation of the way people choose to live with creativity,courage, insight and happiness, face political and social issues perceptively and often struggle with injustice and limited resources. My contact with you is confined to e mail. I am not able to accept phone calls from e mail based clients and I do not phone clients. If at any stage there are reasons why it is not appropriate to keep working with you I will suggest other ways in which you may access help. I cannot accept e mails which have content that is offensive. There may be periods when I cannot reply to emails and I will inform you of this ahead of time. Normally e mails are replied to within twenty four hours. No responsibility can be accepted for delays caused by computer problems or internet malfunction.
